"Drop-off was fine, no real issues there..."
Drop-off was fine, no real issues there. But getting picked up after we landed was a hassle. The shuttle stop wasn’t marked clearly at all, so we ended up wandering around and had to call twice before anyone actually got us. Feels like they really need to get that part organized better.

"Pickup area feels poorly thought out"
The pickup process was frustrating, especially with the rain. There’s barely any cover where people are supposed to wait, so we ended up standing there getting soaked with our bags. After a long flight, that’s the last thing you want to deal with. It kind of makes you wonder if anyone setting this up has actually waited there in bad weather. They really need to improve the shelter in that area.
"Easy Parking, Shuttle Got a Little Crowded"
I used parknjet.com for a weekend trip, and overall it was a smooth experience. The lot was easy to find, check-in was straightforward, and I think most customers would appreciate how simple the whole process was.
The only downside was that the shuttle was packed when we got on, so a few people didn’t have seats right away. Luckily it was a short ride, and the driver was friendly. I’d use them again, but I’d probably give myself a little extra time just in case

"Near the airport, but more hassle than I expected"
I chose this place mainly because it looked super close to the airport, and technically it is. But getting in and out was more irritating than I expected. The area felt a little confusing, and the pickup spot wasn’t very clearly marked, so I was definitely glad I gave myself extra time instead of cutting it close. It’s not a terrible option, but if you’re booking it just for convenience, I’d be a bit careful and plan ahead

"Covered spots were pretty much gone"
I booked ahead thinking I’d be set, but when I got there, there still weren’t any covered parking spots available. Kind of frustrating, honestly.

"Restroom was rough"
In my experience, the restroom was gross when I stopped in before my shuttle. The trash was overflowing, the floor looked dirty, and there was a bad smell. Maybe I caught it at a bad time, but it definitely wasn’t what I wanted to deal with right before a trip. I feel like it could really use more frequent cleaning
"Receipt didn’t match what I was charged"
I ended up getting charged more than what the receipt showed, which made submitting my expense claim way more annoying than it needed to be. It also made me question how careful they are with billing in general

"Left my earbuds behind, somehow got them back"
I parked with parknjet.com and ended up leaving my earbuds in the shuttle, which I didn’t even realize until later. I called and the guy I talked to checked on it quick, or at least said he would. It took about a day before they confirmed anything, so I was kind of thinking they were gone, but nope, they found them and held them at the desk for me. Not exactly instant, but they handled it well.

"Waiting area could use some attention"
I used parknjet.com recently, and the parking itself went smoothly. But once I got to the waiting area, I started noticing the same little issues adding up: the seats looked worn, and as soon as more people came in, there really wasn’t enough space to sit comfortably.
The place also felt a bit cold and didn’t seem as clean as it could be. If you’re only waiting a few minutes, it’s manageable, but I could definitely see the pattern where a longer wait would get frustrating fast.

"After-hours access was kind of a mess"
The posted hours weren’t really clear, and trying to get in after hours was... a hassle. It took more effort than it should have, which was frustrating

"Probably not the best choice for a taller van"
I booked this thinking my taller van would be fine, but maybe I should’ve double-checked more carefully. When I got there, it was confusing. The staff didn’t seem totally sure where I was supposed to go, and I ended up driving around wasting time trying to figure it out. It really wasn’t clear for oversized vehicles, and I was second-guessing myself the whole time. Not the kind of stress I wanted before a flight.

"Return pickup was straightforward"
Overall, the return pickup process was easy. I was able to find the shuttle pickup area without any trouble, though I did have to wait a little while before the shuttle arrived. Nothing too inconvenient, just a bit of a pause at the end.

Parking was fine overall, nothing really went wrong, but the price felt a little high for what was offered. If you just need something straightforward and don’t mind paying extra for convenience, it might be okay. For me though, compared to other airport parking I’ve used, it didn’t feel like the best value.

"Parking was more frustrating than I expected"
I thought Park N Jet would make airport parking a little easier, but that wasn’t my experience. The first time I tried self-park, the lot was confusing and the staff didn’t really do much to help. I figured paying extra for valet the next time would be smoother, but I still ended up waiting way too long for my car. I expected a more convenient experience, especially with valet, but both options were annoying. I don’t plan on using them again.

Booking was quick and painless, and check-in was just as easy. I always worry about losing time on little hassles like that, so it was a relief how smooth everything went.

I booked parking and the payment did go through for the right amount, with no random extra charges. The receipt matched everything too, so that part was okay. But the site was slow, which was frustrating and kind of disappointing for something that should be quick.

I had to change my reservation at the last minute, and the whole process was smooth. It was easy to update my booking, and the cancellation rules were clear enough to understand. Overall, a good experience. 4 stars.

Umm, when I got back I noticed a small scratch on my car, which definitely wasn’t great. I was frustrated at first, but the staff took my report and followed up fairly quickly. It took a little bit of back and forth, but they did help get it sorted out in the end. Overall, the service was good, I just wish the damage hadn’t happened in the first place.
